Rory

Role: Paladin, Fighter and Ranger

Appearance: With certainty and pose, Rory is large proud warrior standing a good six foot four inches. He dons plate armor, a large steel shield and a well crafted longsword in battle. His long unkempt hair and beard make him gruff in appearance, but his eyes show comeliness that one can clearly see. His preposterous style of clothes is justified to his thoughts that people will remember who he is and the good that he has done in God’s name.

Personality:
Rory is striving to live up to the legend of his famous barbarian predecessor, Gillian of the Axe. Five short winters ago, Gillian had left a great legacy to which Rory’s other kin and supporters expect him uphold and care for the Queen’s Cavalry in a land foreign to him. Now, closes the gap to his father’s tradition, he travels the land of Barovia in search of the troubled paladin, Ashlyn of the Lightbringers, whom provided tutelage as a young man. Rory has a profound appetency for alcohol, inherited from his father. Of late, his attempt to quit drinking, because of his fellow companion’s views on drinking, has not stopped him from always having a smile on his face. His pure heart is slightly shadowed by his dark since of humor, which he hones with the ladies in hopes to fine his skills and meet of such at a higher social status of his own.
